Our Programs
Tourism Sector Human Resources Capacity Building is one of JITOA’s main pillars, through providing professional training and certification programs.
The importance of these programs revolves in supporting and developing company’s personnel, to help improve tourism services in Jordan, and raise the standards of services while enhancing the tourist experience.

In 2009 JITOA established a training room at its premises for conducting private training courses and small scale workshops with a capacity of 12 seats and equipped with the needed training tools.
JITOA is one of the major institutes in providing professional training and certification to the Jordan tourism sector, since its inception JITOA has operated various courses to more than 1000 students from around 100 tourism organizations.
