The George Washington University – Institute of Tourism Studies
The GW International Institute of Tourism Studies is a chartered research institute and continuing education entity, offering tourism education in the areas of event and meeting management and tourism destination management. http://www.gwutourism.org/
JITOA has developed a successful partnership with The George Washington University (GWU), and offered several professional certificate programs during 2009.
Under this partnership, JITOA is offering Event Management Certificate Program (EMP) and the Tourism Destination Management Program (DMC).
JITOA is one of the major institutes in providing professional training and certification to the Jordan tourism sector, since its inception JITOA has operated various courses to more than 1000 students from around 100 tourism organizations.
