USAID BEST and the Jordan Inbound Tour Operators Association JITOA – Jordan signed an agreement to conduct online training on Tourism Customer Experience Management for local tour operators. USAID BEST will support JITOA to provide this customized training to build the capacity of tour operators as key sector players and ensure they are ready to offer the best customer experience
