Located on Aqaba’s shoreline, Ayla is a captivating realm of glamorous architecture, world-class amenities, and stunning white-sand beaches. The development is expected to accelerate the city’s economic growth, attracting both local and foreign investments.
The all-encompassing community stretches across 17 kilometers of newly created waterfront, stemming from 235 meters of seafront. When complete, the development will cover 4,300,000 m² of residential and commercial space.

The development’s construction – which commenced in 2008 – will be carried out in three phases over 12 years. The first phase of the development is underway and expected to be completed in 2018.
